  • Secrets & security - Vault, proper secret handling, TLS/SSL, sane access control.
  • Monitoring & alerting - know when something's wrong before your customers tell you.
  • Troubleshooting & rescue - the "it worked yesterday and nobody knows why it broke" jobs. I like these.

How it works

Fixed-scope projects. We agree on the outcome and the price up front. No open-ended hourly surprises. Typical examples:

  • "Get my app to production-ready CI/CD, monitoring, and secrets" — usually about a week.
  • "Fix / stabilize my broken deploys or cluster" — scoped after a quick look.
  • "Migrate my setup to Terraform / Ansible" — so it's reproducible and yours.

Ongoing support available after a project if you want a hand on call.

Rates: every project gets a fixed quote up front, based on scope. Tell me what you need and I'll give you a number before any work starts.

Some of what I build

I run and document a my homelab - Proxmox, Kubernetes, self-hosted services, the works at website obviously. It's the same care I bring to client work, just where I get to experiment freely.
